We Test Before We Ship

Every single unit is manually unboxed and tested by our quality control team before dispatch. We specifically check:

  • Sound Quality: Both Left & Right speakers are working perfectly.
  • Mic Functionality: Verified for clear voice recording.
  • Buttons: Play/Pause and Volume buttons are clicked and tested.

This strict QC process minimizes the chance of receiving a faulty unit to near zero.

1. Check Warranty (Test on Arrival)

At Gionee.com.pk, we are committed to providing authentic products at the best market rates. To keep our prices competitive, we operate on a strict Check Warranty basis.

What this means for you: You are required to open the package and test the handsfree immediately upon delivery.

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): If the product is not working properly, has one side dead, or is physically broken when you open the box, it is covered.
  • Report Timeframe: You must report any such issues within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

2. Verification on Receipt

We strongly advise all customers to perform the following checks as soon as the rider hands over the parcel:

Audio Check

Play a song to ensure both Left and Right earbuds are producing sound.

Mic Test

Make a quick call or record a voice note to verify the microphone clarity.


3. "No Warranty" After Use

Once the product has been used and verified as working, there is NO WARRANTY covering future defects.

We cannot be held responsible for issues that arise after days, weeks, or months of usage, such as wire breakage due to pulling, water damage, or wear and tear.


4. How to Request a Return

If you received a defective unit (DOA), please follow these steps immediately:

    Record Evidence

    Take a clear picture of the product and a short video demonstrating the fault.

    Contact Support

    Send the evidence to our WhatsApp Helpline along with your Order ID.

  3. 3

    Return & Inspect

    You will need to ship the product back to us. Once we receive and inspect it to confirm the manufacturing defect, we will process your refund or replacement.

Note on Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
