Having trouble with your handsfree? Try these quick fixes before claiming warranty.

Common Issues & Fixes

Most audio issues can be resolved with these simple checks.

One Side Not Working

  • Check if the jack is fully inserted into the port.
  • Clean the connector with a dry cloth (dirt can block signal).
  • Try the handsfree on a different device to rule out phone issues.
  • Rotate the jack gently to check for loose connection.

Microphone Issues

  • Ensure the mic hole is not blocked by dust or debris.
  • Check if your phone's 'Mute' button is on.
  • If using a PC, check if the correct Input Device is selected in settings.
  • Bring the mic closer to your mouth (it's on the cable).

Low Volume / Distortion

  • Disable any active Equalizer (EQ) settings on your phone.
  • Clean the ear mesh gently; earwax buildup reduces volume.
  • Check if 'Mono Audio' is enabled in Accessibility settings.
  • Test with a high-quality audio file.

Warranty Claim Process

Policy Overview

We offer a Check Warranty only. You must test the product immediately upon delivery.

  • No Warranty after first time use.
  • We do not cover items that stop working after days/weeks.
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) is covered.

How to Claim

  1. Record a short video showing the fault (e.g., sound test).
  2. Take clear photos of the product and packaging (ensure label is visible).

  4. Once approved, we will ship a replacement unit within 24-48 hours.
